The name
Bor + só = Borsó
Egerszalók lies between two treasures: the wine cellars of the Eger region and the thermal water of the salt hill. "Bor" is wine, "só" is salt – together they make Borsó.

Next door rises the Egerszalók salt hill, where hot thermal water surfacing from below builds white limestone terraces. The Saliris spa is minutes from the gate – that is the other half.
